Three years ago, my mom was advised to be confine in a hospital for 3 to 4 days. She was so hesitant and indecisive to do it because she’s afraid because her money might be not enough to pay the bills in the hospital. But she had no choice but to follow the doctor’s advice because her blood pressure was too high. We stayed for about 4 days in the hospital and my mom did feel better. Even if we stayed there for a rest, mom was still anxious about her hospital bills. The total hospital bill was about 30 thousand pesos. Good thing, mom had her health insurance and we haven’t paid a single centavo from that hospital.
