All You Need to Know about Modular Homes

Being able to finally fulfill your dream of owning your own home is a milestone in one’s life. As this decision is no joke and should be given enough consideration, it is also vital for future home buyers to learn a little about this market. Knowledge of real estate can help you to easily identify the good from the bad points. Now with the different types of homes available it may be hard to choose one that is right for you.

It will be good to examine every option that you have. Carefully identify the pros and cons before jumping into any buying decision. One emerging trend in the housing market is the popularity of modular homes. From the term itself, modular homes are houses that are built by parts or modules. Each area of the house is designed and built on a different location and once it’s finished, it will be transferred to the construction and be put together.

Now this is something that is not right for everyone but is perfect for individuals with specific home building requirements. Most builders would suggest this type of housing in order to accommodate all of their demands for the house. Prospective buyers that are looking for already made homes should opt for another option as modular houses could take some time to build. There are cases where modular homes are more environmentally friendly compared to other structures. So if you are looking for more savings, a customized home and a quality living then you might want to learn more about modular homes.

Excited for Field Trip 2011

Next week is going to be our educational field trip. Guess what, we will be going to Dahilayan Adventure Park with my kids. We had our meeting with the parents later this afternoon and they were very excited about it. Even if they have to pay for an expensive fare in going there, they are still willing to pay.

I'm looking forward for this exciting trip. Hope it will be enjoyable and memorable for my students.

Business on the Web

Today, everything is dominated by technology, and this has affected every facet of life. From education, health, food, and most especially business, technology has become invaluable. The advent of computers has made business more efficient and effective, and the coming of the Internet has revolutionized the industry as a whole. Business is no longer confined to the four walls of the business establishment.

Today, business is done via the world-wide web; virtual business is the “in” thing. Websites have become not only popular but necessary in the conduct of day to day business, and this has expanded the business horizon from its small beginnings into a global market.

This makes websites very significant; and websites have to be excellent in a lot of ways in order for it to achieve its objectives. For instance, it has to be user-friendly (in layman’s term meaning easy to use). It has to contain everything that potential clients may need, such as product information, etc. Amongst the many web designs available in the market today, Flash templates are the most recommended because they are designed well to fit the requirements of businesses, and they are designed to be very professional-looking. Always remember that good impressions are very crucial in business, and well-designed websites using flash templates will definitely make the best impression.

Cheap Energy

A lot of people feel that there’s just no stopping the price of commodities from going up, more so that the Christmas season is fast approaching. Sadly, people are tired from complaining because it seems that there’s no way out of this dilemma. Many are wondering what the real cause is, and most are agitated over the fact that the condition appears to be hopeless.

The primary reason cited for the increase of the cost of basic commodities is this: the high cost of fuel energy. Fuel is bought from foreign countries, in dollars, and the price of the fuel is not stable. Thus, countries that do not have fuel sources are at the mercy of the oil-producing countries.

Most people see cheap energy as one solution that will help ease the burden of having to purchase expensive fuel from foreign countries. If and when a country is able to develop cheap energy, they will be better off. The rising cost of electricity, the high cost of water, the increasing cost of consumer goods, and the unstoppable rising cost of transportation due to high fuel price – all these will be solved once cheap energy is used.

But what is cheap energy, and is it even available? Some countries are using geothermal energy which is considered an invaluable source of cheap energy. Solar power is also another form of cheap energy.

Beside the Christmas Tree

Even if it still a few days before Christmas everyone is now busy shopping for Christmas trees and placing some Christmas decors on their homes.

I'm now excited to put some decorations in our house but I still can't because the renovation is still on going.

While thinking about decorations and Christmas trees, I was reminded of this photo which was taken 3 years ago. My husband took this photo after we put all the Christmas decorations in the house.

My Christmas Wish List

It's 48 days before Christmas and I'm currently thinking of the things I wanted to have this special season.

Number one on my list would be a DSLR Camera.
All of my digital cameras are not anymore functioning. That is why, this blog is not anymore updated with photos because I don't have a camera as of this moment. While thinking of making a Christmas wish list, the first thing that comes to my mind is this. I think it's now time to have a better camera and any DSLR from Canon or Nikon will do.

Will update my list soon...

Found Kittens

We were having a monthly cleaning in our school when we saw these cute little pals near the ceiling.
I am not into cats because of my asthma but when I saw these kittens, I felt pity for them. It looks like they were disturbed from their sleep because we were cleaning. They look like they were identical twins right? I didn't knew there were kittens in school but we find it not suitable to have kittens in school since some students are allergic to pets. One of our friend who lives near the school brought these two little pals at home and made them her new pets.
