After the flood last January 3, 2008, I went to our local water source office to apply for a water connection for our church building construction. I was so shocked to find out that the office was so full that I can hardly enter. I saw a lot people lining up to report cases of water damages in their areas. I guess it will take time for their water connections to be restored since the weather is still no good at this time.
