The Flying Lizard

I am asthmatic since preschool days and until now I’m still experiencing asthma attacks. The doctor said my asthma is caused by some allergens and respiratory irritants like pollens, dusts, animal fur and etc. It can also be triggered by some food and I must avoid all kinds of yellow foods like squash, mango, pineapple and a lot more. With my condition, I am maintaining two kinds of asthma medications one for the prevention of attacks and the other is a treatment when I already had an attack. These are called bronchodilators.

With the available medication in the market nowadays, the older generation would suggests that I should take the flying lizard syrup so I can be healed with my asthma. I don’t really believe on this because my aunt who also had asthma tried this treatment. We brought her the flying lizard and boil it. After that she had a good dose of the syrup and after a few seconds she vomited and the feeling made her condition much worst. I’m sure I will also have the same experience as her that is why I never tried this kind of medication. As I searched the net, a lot of people also are talking about the flying lizard as an asthma medication, but I don’t know if there’s a scientific explanation on this.
