I’m planning to venture in business in the future. I still don’t have a clear picture of what kind of business but I hope to consider something I’m interested about. While waiting for that time to come, I will just have to prepare myself by gathering information and tips on how to start one.
I’ve found this great article by Ben Behrouzi entitled,”Startups, Progressive Governance and How to Apply the Gas and Brakes During Growth”. It contains a lot of helpful information about Startups and how to make sustained growth in the business. In the article, Ben shared his idea on how startups “must be accelerated in order to gain the critical mass and stability necessary for sustained growth”. He also mentioned about how startups “make the mistake of applying too much brakes and governance to alleviate the growing pains and challenges they face.” So, one must know when to apply the brakes or just simply let the business take off smoothly.
