Tub Time

Have you ever had your trip to the tub lately? According to studies, taking time into the tub is a proven stress reliever. It calms the lungs, heart, stomach, and endocrine system. How I wish we have soaking tubs at home where I can spend time relaxing after a tiring day at school. Anyway, I am hoping to have one when I will have a house of my own.
To get the most out of your tub time, don’t make your water too hot or too cold. It is more comfortable when your body doesn’t feel the temprature at all. My cousin loves to spend time in the tub and she spent it using aromatic oils like mint or lavender. You can also schedule your tub time before bedtime to help you fall asleep more easily.
