We had our church Youth Retreat yesterday. I do not belong to the youth group anymore but I was their mom in the activity. LOL! I was thankful that the young ones were so eager to join and be blessed with the retreat.
One of the topics discussed was on “Keeping Myself Pure”. They have learned about the aspect of sexual purity and avoid things that will eventually pollute their thoughts. Early in the morning we spent time in worship and prayer.
It was a great time to be spending time with God and at the same time strengthening our bond with each other. It is my prayer that they will continue to pursue God in their lives and become a model to other youth in the church and in the community.
