Food Trip Friday: Kinilaw

Kinilaw (fish soaked in vinegar with lots of spices) is one of my favorites. I like to eat this with grilled pork, with boiled saba banana or with Lechon. If there are special gatherings and this is served on the table, I definitely won’t miss it.
