No Internet Connection

It’s been four days now and we still don’t have our internet connection. I called our internet provider last Monday and she said that they can’t tell when will the connection get fixed because of server problems. I called their office this afternoon and sad to say nobody was answering my call. Hmmmm… looks like they are trying to avoid phone calls. I just wanted to know when can I have my internet condition back but no one is answering the phone. If this can’t be fixed the soonest, I think I’m going to find another internet provider. What can you suggest?
