Covered With Plastic

It was raining the other day and while we are going home we were stuck in the middle of a traffic jam. I saw people without umbrellas running as fast as they could so that they won’t get soak in the rain. Motorcycle riders wore rain coats to cover themselves. However, their footwear got my attention. It was covered with white plastic bags. I was amazed how resourceful they were. Instead of wearing waterproof Motorcycle Riding Boots, they were covering their shoes with plastics. They look funny but at the same time I find them very smart to come up with that idea.
