#10andFabulous in Black and Gold

by Bogie November 20, 2018

CDO Bloggers, a premier blogging organization in Cagayan de Oro recently celebrated it’s 10th year anniversary last November 17, 2018. The theme of the event is Rebels in Black and Gold. The idea of the working committee is to make it like a “Bloggers Ball” and that the members will have to wear rebel outfits in Black and Gold.

Most of my blogger friends opted to wear a long gown with crazy slits and some decided to wear gowns that shows off a little bit of skin. Others preffered the sleeveless long gowns and some resolved to wear cocktail dressess. Their dresses were extremely nice but I am not comfortable wearing those kind of dresses.

So, I chose to wear a three-fourth black top and a long skirt. The original design of my outfit was supposed to be a long one-piece dress. However, I asked the seamstress to make it blouse and skirt so I can mix and match it with my other outfits in the future.

Black and Gold

I also chose black instead of gold because I plan to wear the dress for a number of times without having people noticed that I keep on repeating the same outfit again and again. Black is a perfect color to match for any other type of clothing.

I am happy with the outcome of the dress. It was nice and I like it. It really fits my style and personality. I like it because it looks elegant without having to spend too much.

What can you say about my dress?

Blogapalooza 2018 ~ #connectedD

by Bogie November 10, 2018

One of the blogger events I look forward to joining this year is Blagapalooza 2018 Event – #connecteD. I am happy that I was able to attend the event despite my busy schedule. It’s actually my 2nd year joining this biggest event for influencers and content creators. 45642111_282141325741621_6426405543182598144_nBlogapalooza #connecteD was held last October 27, 2018 at the City of Dreams Manila. The event started with a warm welcome from  the Chief Executive Officer of Blogapalooza, Blogamomma Ace Gapuz and followed by a talk on Youtube tips by Emman, Jamill, and Vuy Cortez.

BlogapaloozaIt was then followed with a talk on Data, Analytics and Influencer Marketing by Miko David. Nadia Montenegro and Erik Padilla was also their as well as Mommy Blogger Tin Bersola. The last session was more entertaining as participants enjoyed the conversations of the Queens of Digital Media.

cdo bloggersAside from the  discussions, me and my fellow CDO bloggers enjoyed visiting the booth of the event partners and other exhibitors. We also had fun meeting other influencers from all around the Philippines. For this year, I am truly delighted because there were seven CDO Bloggers who were given the privilege to join this year’s event, this is by far the biggest delegation slot given to our organization.

Thank you Blogapalooza for a day of fun, learning and networking. The event is really a great help to the blogging community. I can’t wait to stay connecteD and #ElevateInfluence next year!

Thank You Philippine Airlines!

by Bogie November 9, 2018

PALOne of the things I am thankful for is having free flights! When you say its FREE, people won’t believe you because almost everything around us isn’t free anymore. But last October 27, Philippine Airlines gave me and my CDO Bloggers team the opportunity to enjoy free flights going to Manila so we can join Blogapalooza 2018. The free flights was arranged for us through the kindness of Ms. Ace Gapuz and the entire Blogapalooza team.
