While looking for some ski jackets at PeterGlenn.com I was wondering if there are Filipinos who are participating on snow ski racing events, snowboarding and the like.
There is no snow in the Philippines but I was amazed to know that the Philippines is participating skiing and snowboarding events abroad. Through the Philippine Ski Federation, a body of snow ski racing and snowboarding for the Philippines. They get athletes from around the 6 million Filipinos living abroad to participate and represent the country.
The Philippines is the only country without snow, yet consistently sends snowboarders and skiers to the World Cup. This makes me proud to be a Filipino.
