According to studies, laughter is the best exercise for our bodies because as we laugh our blood pressure and heart rate rise briefly and then drop below their original levels. It is also a good defense in dealing with a lot of stresses in life.
As a preschool teacher, I am thankful that I always have the opportunity to laugh and most of the time giggle. Dealing with little kids gives me more time to smile and laugh at their cute stories and experiences. I’m sure I won’t easily get wrinkles on forehead since the kids are so cute and funny. Sometimes, it so tiring to be dealing a lot of kids in one class but there are more happy times than bad times.
