Jog, Walk and Run…

We had an overnight activity at church last Friday so I went home at around 4:00 AM. I thought the street was still desolated but I was surprised to see a lot of people jogging, walking and running. I admire them.
According to health experts; jogging, walking and running can be considered as excellent fat burners and a great cardiovascular exercise because it keeps your heart pumping and it gives your metabolism a fast kick.
I wanted to jog early in the morning but I have difficulty waking up so early. I guess I need to have a partner to motivate me in this healthy endeavor. Would you like to be one?
