Ms. Venezuela – Stefania Fernandez, was crowned Miss Universe 2009 on Sunday, August 23, 2009. This is Venezuela’s sixth title in the international beauty pageant. The ladies from this country never fails to win in this prestigious beauty pageant. Hmmm.. what’s their secret? Well, for Ms. Venezuela 2009, it really shows that she’s a winner. She’s beautiful, smart and confident and that gave her the Ms. Universe crown.
